No, you may cancel your account at any time. Refunds will not be issued
for partial months payments with the exception of our 7 day trial

for any reason your payment will be refunded in full. This offer applies

account and avoid overage fees. In the event your account exceeds
its bandwidth quotes, your website will be suspended until the first
day of the following month. Detailed bandwidth statistics are available
in our control panel, so you can monitor your usage and purchase additional
bandwidth or upgrade your hosting plan if you account is close to
suspension. Overage rates are listed at the bottom of each plans comparison
page.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at any time?
Yes, simply contact our and request that your account plan be changed.

and .org domains. We can assist with registering other domains extensions
(fees for registering other domains will vary by country). Please
contact our

- I see some hosts offering "unlimited bandwidth". Why don't
you offer this?
Technically speaking, there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth".
Someone has to pay for the traffic somewhere - and if you check the
fine print of some service agreements from companies who claim to
offer unlimited bandwidth, you'll probably find that they do charge
for traffic over a certain amount.

No. Please see our Terms of Service regarding
this.
- Do you host Adult sites?
Yes. We will host any website that is within the guidlines of our

- Is my site backed up and how often?
All sites are backed up daily to another location on the same server.
Each weekend these backups are copied offsite to two different locations.
This means that any site we host can be restored to its condition
the night before. In the event of a hardware failure on the server,
we may be forced to restore data that is as much as 7 days old. Our
domain administration software allows you to backup your website and
all data to your local PC at any time.
